Process

01.

Design Review
& Assessment

Every project begins with the client's vision—whether a render, sketch, reference image, or concept. We carry out a comprehensive technical assessment to evaluate feasibility, construction requirements, and the most suitable manufacturing approach.

02.

Technical
Development

We produce detailed technical drawings and define construction systems, materials, and finishes, refining the design where necessary while preserving its original intent.

03.

Design Definition
& Approval

Working closely with our clients, we refine every aspect of the piece until all technical and aesthetic details are fully defined and approved before production begins.

04.

Material
& Finish Samples

When required, we prepare bespoke samples to validate materials, finishes, colours, and textures, ensuring every detail meets expectations prior to manufacturing.

05.

Production
& Project Coordination

We oversee the entire manufacturing process, coordinating our network of specialist craftsmen and workshops. Our production combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced manufacturing technologies.

06.

Quality
Control

Every stage of production is carefully supervised to ensure each piece meets the approved specifications and our exacting quality standards.

07.

Logistics
& Installation

We manage both domestic and international deliveries using custom-made packaging to ensure maximum protection during transport. Installation services are also available on site when required.

Materials

Wood

Wood is at the heart of our expertise. Decades of experience allow us to work confidently across a wide range of timber species, veneers, and solid wood, delivering exceptional quality in every project. We integrate techniques such as marquetry, woodturning, steam bending, and CNC machining, combining traditional craftsmanship with technical innovation. Our finishing capabilities include stains, lacquers, varnishes, oils, and patinas, alongside bespoke solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each project.

Metal

Our metalworking capabilities include laser cutting, welding, machining, bending, polishing, and specialist finishing, enabling us to meet the most demanding technical requirements. Brass plays a prominent role in many of our projects thanks to the character and quality of its finishes. We work with polished, satin, and patinated brass, alongside stainless steel, steel, corten steel, aluminium, and other metals, selecting the most appropriate material for each design.

Stone

We source both local and international stone, carefully selecting slabs or blocks according to the specific requirements of each project. Combining CNC cutting and machining with traditional stonemasonry techniques, we achieve exceptional precision and craftsmanship in every piece. We offer a wide variety of finishes—including polished, honed, bush-hammered, and many others—tailored to the design intent of each project.

Resin

Resin offers exceptional design freedom, allowing us to create fully bespoke pieces through precision mould-casting techniques. Its versatility enables an extensive range of colours, transparencies, and textures, while also allowing us to recreate the appearance of natural materials such as alabaster, stone, terrazzo, and more, expanding the creative possibilities of every project.

Upholstery

We manufacture bespoke chairs, armchairs, sofas, and upholstered furniture entirely by hand. Every piece is designed with meticulous attention to comfort, proportion, and craftsmanship, from the internal structure to the selection of foams, fillings, and fabrics. We work with both our own textile collections and customer-supplied fabrics.
