Our customers send us their floor plans and images of the property and tell us a little about their idea of the project.

After learning about the overall concept, we estimate our design fees. Once accepted, we start the process.

BRIEFING

Our idea of success in any project is to guarantee that we fulfill the wishes and aspirations of our customers. That is why at this first stage we dedicate our energy to recognize their needs, their way of living or working, and their general expectations regarding their property. Then we take some pictures and notes on the property, dimensions, administrative needs and customer’s budget. At the end of this stage, we give the first ideas through an inspiration mood board in order for the essence and main characteristics of the project to be understood.

CONCEPT

At this moment, whith a clear aim, we start with the design development, we set the final distribution, and represent graphically all our ideas for the right interpretation trough 2D and 3D images and material samples and finishes.

DEVELOPMENT AND QUOTATION

Once the concept is clearly defined and accepted, we carry out the development and the quotations.

At this stage we explain in detail installations plans, materials in each room, and develop all the furniture items in order to make them to measure. Lastly, we define deadlines for the beginning of the works.

EXECUTION

After everything has been accepted, we continue with the execution. Internally we estimate the working time and the supplier’s delivery times.

During the execution we ensure our design is carried out correctly and meets the predefined deadlines, in order for our customers to enjoy their property properly.
